Meet Aaron Nichols, your trusted real estate expert.
Aaron represents Virginia real estate clients in buying, selling and leasing. As someone who has considered Northern Virginia home for over 17 years, his hope is that every client falls in love with all that the area has to offer! He believes that honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to a shared vision are essential in helping his clients prevail in one of the largest transactions of their lives.
Prior to real estate, Aaron has led several non-profit organizations accomplish their goals in serving the local community. He graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and from Dallas Theological Seminary with a master's degree in Leadership. He has also started a local non-profit organization that helps formerly incarcerated individuals find meaningful employment while reducing recidivism.
He enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren and coaching his three son's baseball, football and basketball teams.

Lauren Onken
As the Client Care Specialist for Nichols Real Estate, Lauren is passionate about celebrating all of our clients' exciting moments during the home buying or selling processes. It is a dream job to get to make the clients we serve feel supported and cared for through gift giving and special client events. She loves to learn about people and build relationships which is very helpful in her role.
In other parts of her life Lauren spends a lot of time with children as she is a mom to two children and a preschool teacher.
