FEATURED LISTINGS

Sr. Partner and Team Leader

Aaron Nichols has called Northern Virginia home for more than 20 years. He knows the area well — its neighborhoods, its character, the things that make people want to stay — and is a proud Little Rocky Run resident. This passion and expertise are why buyers, sellers, and property owners continue to choose Aaron for their real estate needs as they move in and out of Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Aaron's approach is full-service, start to finish. For buyers, that might mean arriving to a fully planned house-hunting itinerary, or getting access to off-market properties through his extensive agent network before they ever hit the public listings. For sellers, it means aggressive, well-executed marketing designed to attract the strongest offers. And for clients who need to relocate but aren't ready to sell, Aaron's property management company helps turn the investment into a revenue stream. Whatever the situation, Aaron applies his process and tailors the strategy to set clients up for success.

Outside of real estate, Aaron Nichols holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and a Master's in Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. He founded a local nonprofit and is active in the community alongside his wife Lauren and their three boys. Aaron is also an avid Michigan and Commanders fan
